1.What is a Pergola?
A pergola is an outdoor structure supported by vertical posts and an open or adjustable roof system. It can provide shade and create a more comfortable space over patios, walkways, gardens, and outdoor seating areas.
2. What are Greenawn pergolas made from?
Greenawn pergolas are primarily made from aluminum. Aluminum is lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for modern residential and commercial outdoor spaces.
3. Do Greenawn pergolas have CE certification?
Relevant CE documentation is available for applicable Greenawn pergola models. If your project requires additional certifications or testing documents, please contact our sales team to confirm availability for the selected model and destination market.
4. How do the waterproofing and drainage systems work?
Our pergolas use integrated drainage systems to direct rainwater through the beams and posts. Drainage capacity depends on the model, dimensions, configuration, and local rainfall conditions. For customized projects or large orders, larger drainage holes and pipes may be available upon request.
5. What wind and snow loads can your pergolas withstand?
For customized TO-981 configurations, wind resistance can reach up to 65 m/s, and the snow load can reach up to 120 kg/m². Actual performance depends on the product dimensions, configuration, installation conditions, and applicable testing standards. Please confirm the required engineering specifications with our team before ordering.
6. How are the pergolas installed, and do you provide local installation services?
We provide installation manuals and videos to support assembly. Local installation services depend on the destination market and the availability of authorized distributors or installers. Please contact our sales team to confirm the installation options available in your area.
7. Can the pergola louvers be controlled remotely through an app?
Selected motorized pergola configurations support app-based remote control for opening and closing the louvers. Compatibility depends on the motor, controller, and smart-control system selected for the project.

1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
Greenawn is a pergola manufacturer specializing in the design, engineering, and production of aluminum pergola systems.
2. Can you manufacture pergolas to custom specifications?
Yes. In addition to our standard configurations, we offer customization options for dimensions, colors, roof systems, lighting, drainage, side screens, branding, packaging, and other project requirements.
3. Can you provide a free sample?
Samples may be available, but they are not provided free of charge. Sample availability, cost, and shipping arrangements depend on the product and destination.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard minimum order quantity for GR-9200 and GR-9700A products is generally one 40-foot high-cube container (40HQ). Customized TO-981 projects may start from one unit. Minimum order quantities vary by product and configuration, so please confirm the current requirement with our sales team.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods including T/T and L/C. Credit card payment may also be available for eligible orders. Final payment terms depend on the order value, destination, and commercial agreement.
6. How long do production and delivery take?
Typical production time is approximately 30 to 35 days after the order and technical specifications have been confirmed. Shipping time varies depending on the destination port, shipping method, customs clearance, and logistics schedule.
7. What warranty do you provide?
The aluminum frame is covered for five years against deformation under normal use conditions, and the motor is covered for two years. Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable product specifications, installation requirements, maintenance instructions, and warranty terms.
8. Do you have a warehouse in the European Union or other overseas markets?
We do not currently operate our own warehouse in the European Union.

1. Do you offer regional protection to distributors?
Regional protection may be available to qualified distributors under a signed agency or distribution agreement. Eligibility and territory terms depend on the market, sales plan, and agreed commercial conditions.
2.Is there an agent or distributor in our country?
Yes. We do have distributors in different countries. If you need a small quantity, we can send related info to you.
3. How can I become a Greenawn agent or dealer?
Prospective agents and dealers usually begin by establishing a business relationship with Greenawn. We evaluate factors such as market experience, showroom and warehouse capabilities, annual sales volume, import volume, sales channels, and local service capacity before discussing an agency or distribution agreement
