Since 2017, Greenawn has gradually established a flexible and continuously optimized SPD (Standardized Production Development) process. The SPD model forms project R&D teams that include representatives from marketing, sales, R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality. This approach clarifies the responsibilities for building and utilizing process tools, further enhancing the process orientation, standardization, and digitization of Greenawn’s R&D management.
IPD project management model
In order to integrate the company’s R&D team and improve the company’s R&D efficiency, green has gradually established a flexible and continuously optimized IPD process since 2014. The IPD model establishes an integrated project R&D team for R&D projects, including Market Research, Concept Development, Design & Prototyping, Development, Standardized Production Planning, Testing & Validation, Final Adjustments, etc., to ensure that from the perspective of organizational structure reorganization and process reorganization, It effectively allocates human resources in the product project establishment and development stages, clarifies the responsibilities of building and utilizing process tools, connects the company’s internal resources to serve customer-level project development, and further enhances the process, standardization, and digitalization level of Huaqin’s R&D management.
